From central Hialeah (33012, 33013)
Take W 49th Street or W 29th Street east to LeJeune Road (NW 42nd Ave). Head south on LeJeune past the airport, continue to SW 8th Street (Calle Ocho), turn left, then right on SW 29th Ave. We're on the right.
Route 2
From Hialeah Gardens or NW Hialeah (33016, 33018)
Take the Palmetto Expressway (SR-826) south, exit at SW 8th Street (Calle Ocho), head east about 4 miles, then right on SW 29th Ave. Free parking on-site.

How long does it really take to drive from Hialeah?
Off-peak, 10-15 minutes from central Hialeah to our front door. During rush hour (8-9am and 5-6pm) add 5-10 minutes. From Hialeah Gardens, add another 5 minutes. The Palmetto and LeJeune are the fastest routes.
Why drive past 10+ gyms in Hialeah to come here?
Honestly, you probably don't need to if you're happy with where you train. The Hialeah residents who come here say the same things: less crowded, no contract pressure, more personal, smaller community feel, and the bilingual personal trainers are at a higher level than most chain gyms.
Do you have Spanish-speaking trainers?
Yes. All our trainers are bilingual. Most of our members and front-desk staff speak Spanish as their primary language. You won't have to translate fitness terms or feel out of place if your English isn't perfect.
Is there parking? I don't want to deal with Calle Ocho traffic.
Free on-site parking, no meters. Calle Ocho can be busy but our location at 833 SW 29th Ave is just off the main strip — easy in, easy out.
