Do I need to sign up online first?

What happens after the 3 months end?
Nothing automatic. There's no auto-renewal. When your 3 months are up you can drop to month-to-month at $37, lock in another prepaid block, or just stop. No contract, no surprises.
What if I want personal training too?
Personal training is separate from membership. Once you're a member, you can book sessions with any of our trainers. Ask the front desk when you sign up.
